A company is looking for a Product Support Engineer to analyze and solve engineering problems related to control systems at customer locations.
Key Responsibilities
Support product functions and troubleshoot control systems for customer issues, both remotely and on-site
Diagnose and resolve software and engineering problems, working independently and collaboratively
Lead team assignments and provide instruction to customers and internal teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field, or relevant experience in lieu of education
Minimum of two (2) years of related experience
Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
