We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our team in Miami, FL. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, strategic problem-solving, and supporting account operations with excellence. As part of our client services team, you will help ensure smooth coordination, deliver high-quality service, and contribute to the continued growth of Captura Hall.

Responsibilities

Support account managers with daily operations and client coordination

Maintain accurate client records, reports, and communications

Assist with project follow-ups, internal updates, and service delivery oversight

Participate in client calls and contribute to solutions that meet client needs

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of projects

Provide professional and courteous support to enhance the client experience
