About the Role

As a Management Trainee in Leadership Development, you will participate in our extensive Manager Development Program. This program is tailored to provide you with vital skills, knowledge, and actionable experience necessary for a thriving career in consumer finance. Over a period of 10-12 months, you will dive into essential areas such as customer service, sales, financial management, and branch operations—all while earning a competitive salary and performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop expertise in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Create lasting connections with customers through attentive listening and tailored service recommendations.
• Advise customers on additional products to address their needs effectively.
• Engage with customers for payment reminders and negotiate solutions.
• Assist management in reaching and surpassing corporate objectives.
• Contribute to management functions like delegating tasks and analyzing loan documentation.
• Enhance your management capabilities in recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
• Accomplish other assignments to support the team as needed.

What We're Looking For :

Work Schedule : This position operates Monday through Friday from 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 30 PM, with potential for extended hours and occasional Saturdays.
