Overview :
We are is seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing vacancy turnovers, scheduling day-to-day maintenance, managing vendor contacts, and coordinating large maintenance and capital improvement projects. Additionally, the role involves handling city and insurance inspections.
Responsibilities :
Oversee and manage property vacancy turnovers, ensuring timely and efficient completion.Schedule and coordinate daily maintenance tasks and repairs.Contact and schedule vendors for various maintenance and repair services.Manage and supervise large-scale maintenance projects and capital improvements.Facilitate city and insurance inspections, ensuring compliance with all regulations.Maintain accurate records and documentation of maintenance activities and inspections.Requirements :
Previous experience as a Maintenance Coordinator.Prior experience in property management.Proficiency with computer systems; knowledge of AppFolio is a plus.Strong skills in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).High school diploma required; additional education or certification in general maintenance practices preferred.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.Ability to start immediately.
