The unit has 16 beds dedicated to Trauma Intensive Care. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of trauma care. Excellent critical thinking and communication skills are essential. The role involves providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Team collaboration is crucial for optimal patient outcomes. Continuous monitoring and assessment of patients is required. Candidates must be able to respond quickly to emergency situations. Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances are important.
