Web/Graphic Designer - Japanese Bilingual

Location: Torrance, California (on-site) Job Description IT Consulting company is seeking a talented and versatile Web/Graphic Designer to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a wide range of design materials, from web design (websites, online ads, newsletters) to graphic design (logos, print ads, brochures). You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the overall design strategy and may be involved in project planning, direction, and management. Responsibilities Create visually appealing and user-friendly designs for a variety of marketing materials, including websites, online ads, newsletters, logos, print ads, and brochures. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts that align with the company's branding and messaging. Ensure that all design work meets high-quality standards and adheres to brand guidelines. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies. May be involved in project planning, direction, and management. Required Skills Proven experience in web UI design Experience in print design production Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Skills Experience in UI/UX design for websites and apps Knowledge of web development, particularly Webflow Experience creating proposals and presentations Basic understanding of user experience (UX) principles Qualifications Authorized to work in the United States Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese a California driver's license Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Probationary Period: 3 months Salary: $40,000–$50,000 annually, depending on experience (to be discussed during the interview) + benefits package such as: Insurance(Medical, Dental), PTO, Sick Leave, Holidays, etc.
