Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A special education teaching opportunity is available in Reidsville, NC, serving a K-12 student population with diverse and complex learning needs. The position is contracted for the current school year, from January 5, 2026, through May 22, 2026, with a work schedule of 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities :

• Manage a caseload of approximately 10 students with severe disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), non-verbal conditions, challenging behaviors, and developmental delays.
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to meet each students unique needs.
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and related service providers to ensure a supportive and effective learning environment.
• Utilize specialized instructional strategies aligned with adaptive curriculum standards.
