Donor Engagement Officer

The Donor Engagement Officer (DEO) will develop meaningful connections between donors and philanthropic beneficiaries within the Wake Forest community. The DEO will have responsibility for creating and executing strategies to enhance the donor experience, with a focus on building meaningful, lasting relationships among donors, students, program managers and faculty members. The DEO will recommend, develop, and execute connective programming tailored to specific donor populations. Serves as Operations Manager for deployment of Giving Programs.

Sedentary work primarily involving sitting / standing; communicating with others to exchange information; repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and / or fingers; and assessing the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned. Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another. Medium work that includes moving objects up to 50 pounds. No adverse environmental conditions expected.
