About the Sales Associate Role
We’re expanding our sales team and looking for a Sales Associate (Business Development) who is hungry to learn, eager to grow, and excited to build a career in sales.
This is a hands-on, field-focused role where you’ll spend a lot of time :
- Canvassing in target markets
- Attending networking and industry events
- Partnering closely with Senior Consultants to help drive pipeline and close bigger deals

What You’ll Be Doing
Field Canvassing & Outreach
Visit commercial properties, retail locations, and other targeted businesses to introduce DGA’s solutionsConduct outbound calls, emails, and in-person visits to generate new opportunitiesNetworking & Events
Represent DGA at local networking events, trade shows, and industry functionsBuild relationships with professionals in commercial real estate, property management, and high-end retailPipeline & Lead Generation
Qualify inbound inquiries and move them to the next step in the sales cycleDevelop and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects through consistent, high-activity outreachSchedule appointments and demos for Senior Consultants and support them on larger opportunitiesTraining & Collaboration
Work side-by-side with Senior Consultants to sharpen your sales skills and deepen your industry knowledgeLearn to position our solutions, handle objections, and participate in the full sales processSales Operations
Accurately maintain your activities, contacts, and opportunities in SalesforceMeet or exceed key activity metrics for outreach, appointments, and opportunities createdRequirements :
What You Need for this Role
College degree preferredAny sales, customer-facing, or retail experience is a plus, but not requiredInterest or connections in commercial real estate, property management, or high-end retail is a big plusCompetitive, goal-oriented mindset – you like to win and improveStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh energy, self-starter attitude with the ability to work independentlyTeam player who thrives in a collaborative environmentAbility to quickly learn new technology and explain it clearlySolid critical thinking and problem-solving skillsWhat’s In It for You
