Part-time Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT or DPT)

Part-Time | One-on-One Pediatric Care | Flexible Schedule | New Grads Welcome

We're seeking a passionate and patient-centered Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT or DPT) to join our supportive, collaborative team. This is a unique opportunity to provide high-quality care in a setting where your voice is heard, your schedule is respected, and your expertise directly impacts the lives of children and their families.

Our clinic emphasizes one-on-one treatment sessions , enabling strong therapeutic relationships and individualized care. You won't be double-booked-and you'll never be treated like a number.

Specialized Pediatric Focus

You'll assess, treat, and manage the physical needs and development of infants, children, and adolescents -helping to improve their mobility, strength, coordination, and overall function. Our pediatric caseload is dynamic and deeply rewarding.

You'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team including occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and other healthcare professionals. Our culture is built on collaboration, communication, and mutual respect -ensuring each child receives comprehensive, integrated care.

Flexible Scheduling with After-School Appointment Requirements

We support work-life balance while ensuring our school-aged patients have access to care during high-demand times. This position includes :

  • A negotiable full-time or part-time schedule , designed to fit your needs.
  • Full-time person will need to see adults too.
  • A core requirement of at least six (6) weekly appointments during peak after-school hours (start times at 3 : 30 PM, 4 : 15 PM, or 5 : 00 PM).
  • Flexibility in choosing which days those appointments fall on-allowing you to build a personalized schedule around those core hours.

    • Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Compensation : $70k-104k, dependent on applicant's qualifications, experience, and employment type (part-time or full-time).
  • Potential Bonuses : Sign-on and relocation bonuses may be available.

    • What We're Looking For

  • Degree : PT or DPT from an accredited physical therapy program
  • License : Current Illinois PT license or eligibility
  • Experience : Open to new grads and experienced pediatric therapists
  • Skills : Strong communication, teamwork, organization, and problem-solving abilities
  • Schedule : Minimum of 6 weekly after-school appointments (3 : 30 PM, 4 : 15 PM, or 5 : 00 PM). Overall schedule is flexible and negotiable around these core hours.
