Senior Data Analyst
Adaptive Solutions Group is a premier provider of information technology personnel. We provide a variety of technical professionals available for contract, contract to hire, or direct placement positions to companies in and around the St. Louis and Kansas City areas.

We are currently seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join a client team.
Responsibilities

• 
  Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.
  
• 
  Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate data findings to stakeholders.
  
• 
  Collaborate with leadership to define and support analytics strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  
• 
  Ensure data accuracy, quality, and integrity through validation and cleansing processes.
  
• 
  Maintain and support data management systems to enable reliable data storage and retrieval.
  
• 
  Partner with IT, analytics, and business teams to integrate data solutions into workflows and applications.
  
• 
  Work cross functionally to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
  
• 
  Utilize data analysis, modeling, and visualization tools to perform in depth analysis.
  
• 
  Stay current on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in data analytics.
  
• 
  Recommend improvements to enhance system performance, efficiency, and reporting capabilities.
  
• 
  Perform additional duties as assigned.
  

Required Qualifications

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• 
  Three or more years of experience in data analysis and interpretation.
  
• 
  Strong understanding of data analysis principles, statistical techniques, and data modeling.
  
• 
  Proficiency with data analysis and modeling tools.
  
• 
  Experience using data visualization platforms to create dashboards and reports.
  
• 
  Strong knowledge of relational database management systems.
  
• 
  Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into business insights.
  
• 
  Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
  
• 
  Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams.
  
• 
  Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 
  Master’s degree in a related field.
  
• 
  Professional certification related to data analytics or data management.
  
• 
  Experience working in an enterprise environment.
  
• 
  Familiarity with advanced analytics or scripting languages.
