Quality Control Supervisor

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding metal fabrication organization that is aggressively scaling its operations and has recently been approved as a defense contractor. They are known for precision pipe, tube, and structural steel bending and are positioning themselves for massive growth over the next 2–3 years. This Quality Control Supervisor position is located in Pasadena, TX (Houston area) and offers the chance to play a critical leadership role in a hands-on manufacturing environment where quality truly drives success.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Quality Control Supervisor position include :

• Minimum 5 years of quality control experience in metal fabrication, pipe bending, or structural steel environments
• At least 2 years of supervisory or lead experience overseeing QC personnel
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001-style quality management systems, inspection protocols, and documentation
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, bend data, and geometric measurements accurately
• Oversight of incoming, in-process, and final inspections for draw bending, cold forming, and induction bending
• Leadership of QC inspectors including task assignment, training, mentoring, and performance verification
• Management of material traceability, inspection reports, NCRs, and customer-required documentation
• Collaboration with Production and Management to resolve quality issues and support continuous improvement

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
