Data Entry Associate Clinical Lab Operations

Invitae part of Labcorp is seeking a Data Entry Associate to join its team! Our Data Processing team plays an integral part in both the laboratory and customer support this role you will be responsible for bothpre-accessioning and post-accessioning workflows including accuratespecimen verification and order information entry while working collaboratively with internal teams to maintain compliance meet service-level agreements and uphold the highest standards for accuracy. Data Processing team members contribute to a culture in which we encourage honest and open communication and value constructive feedback. Our team members work with a sense of urgency and a goal of putting patients first and the team above the individual.

The schedule for this position will be : Tuesday-Saturday 8am-5pm pacific time zone. During training for the first few months the schedule will be Monday-Friday 8am-5pm PST.

Please note : this is a remote based position and candidates can be located anywhere in the US. However they must be able to work Pacific Time Zone hours.

Job Responsibilities :

• Perform Pre-Accessioning Order Processing activities as directed by team lead including but not limited to :

Patient creation

Data Entry of order information into Invitae systems

Report maintenance
