We're looking for a highly motivated Appointment Setter to join our remote UK franchise recruitment team and help us connect with the next generation of franchise partners.

We are seeking a self-driven sales professional with a passion for connecting with people and helping them start their own business journey. You'll be the first point of contact for franchise inquiries in the UK, responsible for qualifying leads and booking appointments for our Franchise Sales Managers.

This is a remote, casual role with an uncapped earning potential, ideal for someone looking to make a real impact and earn significant commissions.

Lead Qualification : Respond to inbound franchise inquiries from across the UK, qualify potential franchise partners, and ensure they align with Success Tutoring's values and criteria.

Appointment Setting : Book and schedule video meetings for Franchise Sales Managers to present the Success Tutoring franchise opportunity to qualified prospects.

Relationship Building : Build meaningful relationships with prospective franchise partners by understanding their business goals and motivations.

Pipeline Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads, conversations, and appointments in our CRM system.

Collaboration : Work closely with the UK Franchise Sales Manager and our Sydney-based executive team to optimise the franchise recruitment process and ensure a positive experience for all prospects.
