HealthCare Support is partnering with a forward-thinking Psychiatric Collaborative Care organization in Eugene, OR to hire a Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician for a dynamic hybrid role that blends in-person impact with remote flexibility. Schedule: Hybrid | Monday-Friday, flexible 8-hr day shift

Pay Details: $65K - $85K (Negotiable based on experience and licensure)

• Quarterly bonuses, up to $10K annually!

Daily Responsibilities for the Hybrid Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician:

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health screenings and assessments; engage patients in care by developing treatment plans, providing brief evidence-based interventions (e.g., behavioral activation, problem-solving treatment, motivational interviewing), supporting psychotropic medication management, and coordinating follow-up care

• Systematically monitor and track treatment response, including adherence to prescribed medications, effectiveness of interventions, side effects, and changes in clinical symptoms or complications

Required Qualifications for the Hybrid Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician:

• Must have QMHP, CSWA, LMSW, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT, or Psychologist licensure in the state of Oregon
• Master's Degree
