Quality Assurance Lead

A company is looking for a QA Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a distributed QA team for hardware and software product lines

Oversee end-to-end test strategy, including manual and automated testing of features and components

Drive process improvements and implement tools to enhance product quality and team efficiency

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

Minimum 5+ years of experience in the residential alarm or related hardware / software industry

Demonstrated leadership experience in a QA or technical team environment

Proven experience building or working with QA automation frameworks

Ability to manage sensitive information with a high degree of integrity
