Account Manager

Our focus is on cardiology and endovascular platforms. We offer high-quality products such as diagnostic and interventional catheters, balloons, drug-eluting and self-expanding stents, guide wires, and products to stop vascular bleeding. Currently, we are looking for an Account Manager for the region of Nuremberg / Ingolstadt. The work location is a home office position. You are essentially responsible for the following tasks.

Responsibilities

You have a passion for medical technology and quickly work your way into complex fields. You find meaning in daily sales of our products to improve the quality of life of patients. Negotiations with users and buyers are interesting aspects of your job that you approach creatively, independently, and stress-resistantly. You are responsible for the sales of your area and your success motivates you. You are a networker, trend scout, and information broker. You identify individual customer needs and develop strategies to address these needs focused and sustainable. You support and coordinate the implementation of holistic solutions for our customers, which go beyond the pure product portfolio to include logistics, process management, and services. Your empathy, energy, and endurance are valued in your environment.

Qualifications

Possibly completed economic / scientific studies or a medical / nursing and / or commercial education. Negotiating skills in German and good English language skills. Holistic view of complex challenges in the German healthcare system. Solution-based thinking and the ability to successfully implement developed customer solutions. High interest in specialized sales activities and pronounced success orientation. High motivation to convince users, medical staff, and buyers of our products. Enjoyment of exchanging complex medical issues. Analytical and goal-oriented approach with the ability to work simultaneously on complex short-, medium-, and long-term projects. Strong contact and communication skills, a confident demeanor, and the ability to present convincingly and vividly. High team spirit. Experience in the sales of medical products is desirable. Willingness to extensive travel.
