Bending Machine Operator

We’re seeking experienced Bending Machine Operators to join a fast-paced team working with precision tube and pipe bending equipment. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Bending Machine Operator position include :

• 5+ years of experience operating draw bending machines or related metal-forming equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, bend data sheets, and quality control documentation.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality systems and basic shop math.
• Set up, calibrate, and operate manual and semi-automatic bending machines.
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using calipers, gauges, and other precision tools.
• Identify and address non-conforming parts, assist in root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Support maintenance tasks and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Must be self-sufficient, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and capable of training others.

Salary : $25.00 - $32.00 per hour + bonus + unlimited overtime, commensurate with experience.

Note : Double pay is offered for expeditated jobs. Top operators can earn $150,000+ annually.
