Operations Account Representative

Location: CA - Westlake Village

What You'll Do:

As the Operations Account Representative, you will be responsible for the operational management of client relationships, providing quality service by maintaining client accounts (pipeline management); including managing aged loans, leading regular client calls, and following up on escalations as needed. You'll be responsible for managing active loan pipelines ensuring they are reviewed within established metrics. You'll also participate in client calls to identify remediation solutions and provide feedback and solutions on internal and external trends to drive operational efficiency.

• Manage a pipeline of up to 50 clients. Communicate with clients on a regular basis, maintaining specific communication SLAs.
• Review documentation, clearing or creating conditions as needed. Conduct all withdraw/cancellation requests.
• Run daily reporting, managing aged loans, etc.
• Move a sellers pipeline forward towards funding.

What You'll Need:

• 4+ years of related experience in Mortgage Industry, Correspondent Lending or similar field.
• High school diploma required.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of residential mortgage industry in Correspondent or Retail Lending; including sales, operations, capital markets and/or other residential mortgage products and services.
• Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.
• Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
