Intern - Data Analytics

WBS, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking an Intern - Data Analytics in our Milwaukee, Wisconsin location. This internship is full-time during the Summer of 2026 with the potential to work part-time during the academic year. The hourly rate for this internship is $22.00 with paid company holidays. This position offers flexibility for a hybrid work arrangement (remote / on-site) with time spent in the Milwaukee office.

Job Summary

The Customer Service Business Analytics team is focused on enabling data-based decision making through clear consist metrics, monitoring, and robust data analytics. As an intern you will be involved in day-to-day support, business requirement gathering, data preparation, data analysis, data visualization and other activities including attending and participating in various meetings as part of the team.

Job Responsibilities

• Work with internal company clients to understand their analytics and reporting requirements, develop effective solutions that meet their needs
• Support dashboard and visualization development in Microsoft PowerBI
• Assist with data preparation
• Document work procedures and business processes
• Contribute to the development of analytics team skills, knowledge and capabilities
• Other projects as assigned

Pay Range Minimum : $22.00

Pay Range Maximum : $26.24

The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position at the time of posting and may be modified in the future. The starting salary / pay within the pay range will be based on several factors, as applicable, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, travel requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and business and organizational needs. At WEC Energy Group, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role.
