Lead DSP - Site Supervisor

The Mary T Family of Companies has an opening for a Lead DSP - Site Supervisor at our group home in Shoreview, MN.

The Lead DSP - Site Supervisor is responsible for managing the overall operations of the group home site, including providing direct cares for residents, as well as assist with daily staffing, performance management, client programming, training, budgeting, and scheduling as needed.

The schedule for this position will be weekdays Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 1p-9p and every-other weekend from 3-11p. Candidates must be able to flex their hours as needed to cover open shifts, including evenings and/or weekends.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a High School Diploma or GED
• Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record
• The ability to pass a background check through DHS
• 3 years of group home experience and at least 1 year of management/scheduling experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills
