Position Title : Part-Time Behavior Technician
Location : Fremont, Michigan
Pay Range : $16.00 – $18.00 per hour, based on experience
Hours : Part-time, up to 32 hours per week

Position Summary :
We are currently accepting applications for a Part-Time Behavior Technician to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Services are primarily delivered at the agency’s Autism Center, located in Fremont, with some services taking place in clients’ homes or in the community.
Responsibilities Include :
Delivering ABA therapy to individuals ages 18 months to 21 years
Implementing individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a Behavior Specialist
Teaching communication, self-care, and other adaptive skills
Accurately collecting data and documenting services
Collaborating with the Behavioral Specialist and other team members
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Valid Michigan driver’s license (required)
Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities (preferred but not required)
Ability to complete required ABA training (provided upon hire)
Supervision & Training :
The Behavior Technician will receive training on each individual ABA goal plan and will be supervised by a Behavior Specialist for every 10 hours of direct service provided.
