What this job involves :

As a Project Management Process Manager at JLL you will be responsible for developing implementing and continuously improving project management methodologies processes and standards across the organization. This role ensures consistent project delivery excellence while driving operational efficiency best practices adoption and ad-hoc reporting throughout all project management functions. Youll design and implement standardized frameworks while analyzing existing processes to identify improvement opportunities leading change management initiatives and mentoring project managers on best practices to enhance organizational project management capabilities.

What your day-to-day will look like :

• Design and implement standardized project management processes methodologies and frameworks across the organization
• Develop and maintain project management templates tools and documentation while creating and updating policies and procedures
• Analyze existing project management processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Lead process improvement initiatives and support reporting and insights generation including ad-hoc reporting for performance monitoring
• Support change management initiatives related to process improvements and mentor project managers on best practices
• Ensure proper utilization of project management technologies across teams while maintaining and updating system configurations
• Partner with IT and PMO teams to generate standard and ad-hoc reporting for leadership and stakeholders
• Monitor and evaluate process compliance performance through comprehensive analysis and reporting
