• Monday through Friday with possible weekends, 36 hours guaranteed, 40 hour schedule
• Adult and geriatric patient population with 90% productivity requirement
• Skilled nursing facility setting
• SNF and Rehab Optima experience required
• ASAP start availability needed
• We provide complimentary housing and travel
• We arrange and cover costs for licensing and malpractice

Per week (based on a 40-hour work week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $11.23 - $15.80 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
