The Manager Project Management in the FS Command Center is a critical position that enables leaders to execute strategic work while ensuring operational rigor. General Project Management Responsibilities :

Leading moderate to large complex projects and programs by providing strategic direction to projects and peers.

Designing developing and managing project plans in a complex dynamic environment revising needs to meet changing requirements

Ensuring projects are being documented appropriately to mitigate risk and to be delivered on time.

Leveraging problem solving and influencing skills to ensure project plans deliver Drives innovation in process and execution across our portfolio

Creates executive-ready presentations and materials

Client Advisor Responsibilities :

Cultivating and nurturing strong client relationships providing strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive client success.

Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of commitments and client satisfaction.

Demonstrating exceptional influencing skills to effectively guide client and program efforts.

Exhibiting a proven track record of excellent relationship management with the ability to quickly establish structure to manage client engagements in a dynamic complex environment.

Possessing excellent communication and partnership skills essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage inform and influence client outcomes.

Tackle and solve issues through escalation and articulate the issues that need to be done to elevate the team and allow easy accountability

Basic Qualifications :

High School Diploma GED or equivalent certification

At least 5 Years of Project Management experience

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelors Degree or Military experience

7 years of Project Management experience

3 years of People Management experience

PMP Lean Agile or Six Sigma certification

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Plano TX : $132800 - $151600 for Manager Project Management

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidates offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation which may include cash bonus(es) and / or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
