Senior Accountant, Accounting Advisory Solutions

What You'll Do

As a Senior Associate on our Accounting Advisory Services (AAS) team, you'll work with clients across a range of industries to tackle complex accounting and financial reporting challenges. You'll provide outsourced accounting support, prepare financial statements and reconciliations, and deliver technical guidance on key topics such as revenue recognition, lease accounting, and equity transactions . This role offers the opportunity to apply your accounting expertise in a dynamic advisory environment, work directly with experienced leaders, and continue growing your career through meaningful client interaction and hands-on experience.

Client Engagement & Technical Delivery

• Perform outsourced accounting functions for clients, including :
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations
• General ledger maintenance
• Preparation of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP (and IFRS as applicable)
• Prepare and assist with non-SEC financial statements and internal management reports.
• Assist with SEC reporting (Forms 10-K, 10-Q, etc.) for public clients, as applicable.
• Draft and review technical accounting memos addressing complex accounting issues, including revenue recognition, lease accounting, equity transactions, business combinations, and other areas.
• Assist in the implementation of new accounting standards and policies.
• Support audit processes by preparing schedules and responding to auditor inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to automation initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Estimated Salary Range : $70,000-125,000
