What You’ll Do:
- Be the bridge between our customers and technicians.
- Greet customers with a smile and provide exceptional service from start to finish.
- Communicate clearly about recommended repairs and maintenance.
- Write repair orders, price jobs accurately, and keep customers updated.
- Help manage workflow and ensure vehicles are completed on time.
- Sell services ethically and confidently-helping customers make informed decisions.
- Build long-term relationships with our loyal clients.
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Experience in the automotive industry preferred (but we’ll train the right person).
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using shop management software (we use Tekmetric).
- A true team player who’s dependable, honest, and driven to succeed.
