Filler Operator

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Filler Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will operate filler equipment, ensure products meet quality and weight specifications, complete required documentation, and support overall food safety and production standards. Schedule : Mon-Fri, 1st / 2nd shift

Location : Sanger, CA 93657

Pay rate : $17 / HR

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate and tend filler equipment under the direction of the Production Supervisor
• Set up all product and customer paperwork prior to production
• Complete pre-operational startup checklists, including loading codes, printing test units, and preparing packaging materials
• Set proper fill volumes and verify weights throughout the shift
• Ensure product codes are accurate, legible, and properly placed
• Record lot information for all packaging materials and enter data into Safety Chain (if applicable)
• Document downtime and notify the Supervisor of delays exceeding 1 minute or recurring short stops
• Track and report yield waste / loss
• Notify Maintenance, QC, and Supervisors of any equipment, quality, or food safety concerns
• Ensure correct packaging (cups, pouches, film, caps) is consistently loaded into the filler
• Follow GMPs, HACCP guidelines, and company safety procedures
• Maintain accurate, truthful, and complete records
• Perform additional duties as assigned
