The Chick-fil-A Team Leader is responsible for overseeing daily operations ensuring that every guest receives exceptional service and supporting the team by creating a positive efficient and professional environment. The Team Leader will act as a role model for team members upholding high standards of professionalism and encouraging growth and development within the team.
Responsibilities :
- Lead by Example : Act as a role model by demonstrating professionalism integrity and a commitment to Chick-fil-A values.
- Team Supervision : Oversee team members during shifts providing guidance support and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Customer Service Excellence : Ensure each guest is met with Chick-fil-As signature hospitality by delivering outstanding service and addressing customer concerns promptly.
- Shift Organization : Schedule breaks assign tasks and manage shift transitions smoothly ensuring adequate coverage and operational flow.
- Training and Development : Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills foster teamwork and create a positive work environment.
- Quality Control : Monitor product quality presentation and portion control to maintain consistency and exceed guest expectations.
- Safety and Compliance : Ensure that all health safety and sanitation standards are upheld to create a safe work environment.
- Problem Solving : Quickly and effectively address any issues that arise during the shift from guest complaints to operational challenges.
