Key Responsibilities
Support users with fast and efficient service, turning upset users into passionate advocates
Coordinate logistics between buyers and sellers
Provide feedback to Engineering and Operations Teams to improve processes and support business scaling
Required Qualifications
Experience in a customer service or technical support environment
Excellent time management and self-motivation skills
Creative problem-solving experience
Familiarity with G Suite apps
Previous experience working at a startup is a plus
