Our Post-Closing Department is looking to hire an Acquisitions Analyst.

ALL REMOTE POSITIONS REQUIRE A DOWNLOAD SPEED OF NO LESS THAN 100 MBPS.

Job Title: Acquisitions Analyst

Reports To: Director of Acquisitions

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Department: Post-Closing

Division: Retail

Salary Range: $55K – $60K per year

Summary:

Responsible for order, delivery and tracking of Third-Party Diligence reports to forward investors while simultaneously tracking and processing Reliance Letters for closed transactions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Initiate, prepare and deliver required diligence reports for NON-QM bulk wire pools to expedite loan sales. This includes TPR tracking and MLS data reporting.
• Track, request, deliver and follow-up on Diligence TPR reporting and Reliance letter orders for Holdback wires.
• Communicate with Diligence, Investors, and internal Data teams to ensure loan pools are completed timely and wired correctly.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with multiple people, multitask, work in a team environment, and manage an assigned pipeline to meet Acquisition expectations.
• Manage timelines of all the above processes.
• Other assigned tasks or responsibilities.

Education/Experience:

At least 3-5 years mortgage experience with Diligence reporting

Encompass and Excel experience required.
