Radiologic Technologist - X-Ray (Afternoons)

Location -Tewksbury, MA

• TASKS AND DUTIES :
• Take X-ray pictures using portable machines (either digital or computed) and send them to a doctor for review.
• Move the X-ray equipment from the company vehicle to different locations to take pictures as requested by doctors. Make sure the images are clear and useful.
• Perform EKG tests when needed and send the results to a heart doctor for analysis (if necessary).
• Daily, scan any paperwork related to the exams and billing according to the set rules.
• Communicate regularly and clearly with coworkers, managers, the dispatch team, and clients in a professional manner.
• Qualifications :
• Keep your state licenses and / or ARRT Certification up to date, along with health and operational requirements.
• Have a valid driver's license for the state you are in and keep it in good standing.
• Certification Requirements :
• Must have ARRT certification.
• State License Requirements :
• Requires a license from Massachusetts.
• Additional License Requirements :
• A limited license is not accepted.
