Key Responsibilities :

  • Act as the single focal point for all project status information activities coordination scheduling risk management and issues resolution.
  • Create monitor and update all program documentation to include program management plan contract and technical performance reports risk management plans and transition documentation.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting of programmatic and technical information to project teams and others.
  • Conduct various program management reviews and briefings to senior level stakeholders.
  • Generate and maintain the necessary programmatic metrics to include cost schedule technical operation and quality.
  • Ensure systems are built to meet performance security and functional requirements.
  • Manage resources to deliver qualified properly cleared personnel to address customer requirements.
  • Manage the relationship with the customer and relevant stakeholders.

  • Travel Requirements : Minimal
  • Working Hours : Standard

    • Qualifications : Required :

  • Security Clearance : TS / SCI
  • Education : Bachelors degree or Masters degree preferably in technical area
  • Experience : Minimum of 7 years as a Program or Project Manager
  • Experience working with software developers test engineers system engineers system administrators cloud engineers and system integrators
  • Strong teamwork team management and interpersonal skills at all management levels.
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to set and manage expectations for scope schedule budget risk and quality.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Desired :

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Experience with cloud-based projects and technologies (i.e. Azure AWS)
  • Experience using tracking systems for issues and problems such as JIRA
