Parking Lot Attendant | Part-Time | Mobile Convention Center

Overview

This position is committed to providing World Class Service for the Mobile Convention Center, for all events and is responsible for the protection, outdoor protection and safeguarding of Guests and Employees and their vehicles. This position is committed to providing a positive first impression with World Class Service. The position requires physical activity including standing, walking, and climbing stairs.

This role will pay an hourly wage of $13 to $15.

Benefits for PT roles : 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching. Also, OVG provides part-time, seasonal, and internship employees with one hour of accrued paid leave per 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours per year.

Responsibilities

• Controlling / monitoring entry to the guests’ and employees’ parking lots
• Provide all guests a positive first impression by offering World Class Service
• Monitoring parking lots for safety and security of guests and employees and vehicles
• Provide guests with directions and other venue information
• Direct guests and employees to available parking spaces
• Ability to maximize amount of vehicles per lot
• Respond to all comments / complaints in a prompt, courteous and professional manner
• Cash Handling-collect cash and / or coupons and maintain security of cash
• Maintain a neat and clean appearance during all scheduled shifts
