Key Skills and Responsibilities :

• Customer Service Orientation : Deliver exceptional service in all F&B areas, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere for guests and employees.
• Financial Acumen : Manage financial aspects of the department, including budgeting and revenue improvement, to meet and exceed targets.
• Problem-Solving Ability : Anticipate and address issues proactively to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Communication Skills : Clearly convey information and ideas, listen to and resolve concerns, and maintain open lines of communication with all stakeholders.
• Technical Proficiency : Utilize Windows operating systems, spreadsheets, and word processing tools for effective management and reporting.
• Supervisory Skills : Motivate, coach, and discipline F&B personnel, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.
