As a Security Professional- Tech Dispatch in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech / Media / Telecom and more. As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in supporting security-related operations within a dynamic tech, media, and telecom environment. Your responsibilities will include monitoring communications, coordinating responses, and dispatching personnel to various locations as needed. You will help to deter incidents by maintaining clear and timely communication, tracking activities, and providing critical information to on-site teams. This position requires a strong focus on customer service, as you will interact with both internal staff and visitors, addressing inquiries and assisting with access control procedures. Pay Rate : $18.57 / Hour

Job Schedule : Day Time

What You'll Do :

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
