Job Description:

The Mid-Level Provider, Sales-Focused, serves as a pivotal member of our cosmetic dermatology practice, combining clinical expertise with a strong focus on driving sales and enhancing the patient experience. With a primary emphasis on delivering exceptional aesthetic treatments and skincare solutions, the MLP-SF utilizes their knowledge and skills to meet patient needs while achieving sales targets and revenue goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform aesthetic procedures such as injectables and laser treatments with precision and expertise, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction.

• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their skincare concerns, goals, and preferences, while effectively highlighting the benefits of recommended treatments.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and desired outcomes, utilizing a sales-focused approach to drive product and service recommendations.

• Actively participate in sales and marketing initiatives, leveraging interpersonal skills and product knowledge to upsell and cross-sell relevant services and skincare products.

• Leverage proficient expertise in previously developed social media platforms to strategically drive revenue growth and attract new clients.

Qualification/Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or Doctorate Degree in Nursing as Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as Aesthetic Practice is an advantage

Licenses/Certifications:

• Current active unrestricted license in State CA

• Active DEA License
