Key Responsibilities
Audit existing RFP materials and supporting documents
Conduct interviews with internal stakeholders to extract positioning, values, and differentiators
Develop a "message house" for target personas and create adaptable RFP narrative versions
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in product marketing, content strategy, storytelling, or proposal writing
Experience working directly with founders or senior executives
Comfortable working in ambiguity and synthesizing input from multiple sources
Willing to ask intentional questions and collaborate for optimal outcomes
Exceptional flexibility and responsiveness to feedback
