Process all incoming member correspondence and scan it into the right queue for workflow. Handle all rescans that need to be completed daily. Process and handle all return mail.

• Return mail volume on average is about 10,000 pieces a day.
• As we presort the mail, we pull all forwarding addresses out and work them into the correct queue.
• All return mail without a forwarding address is scanned into MRM.
• All return mail that cannot be barcoded is prepped or manually completed into the correct queue.

Process all premium billing rejected payments.

Pay range : $17.00 - $28.46

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
