HVAC Project Manager - Mechanical - Commercial & Industrial - Somerset, NJ

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized mechanical Project Manager to join our growing team to help manage retrofit / renovation mechanical projects.

Responsibilities :

• Perform project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed.
• Devise project work plans and make revisions as needed.
• Monitor the progress of project activities on a regular basis and hold regular status meetings with all subcontractors.
• Maintain adherence to the budgetary guidelines, quality, and safety standards.
• Material procurement and takeoffs.
• Processing of Submittals, RFI's, Change Orders.
• Handling of Close Out documents.
• Attend project coordination meetings.
• Involved with all phases of projects from bidding to proposals to punch lists.
