GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Financial Planning and Analysis Lead

(FP&A Lead) is responsible for delivering financial insights and strategic guidance to senior leadership, including the CFO, to support informed decision-making and long-term business success. This role leads the annual operating plan (AOP) process, supports

monthly financial performance analytics, and develops financial models that measure results against strategic objectives.

Working closely with finance leadership, the FP&A Lead provides analytical support and reporting to identify key financial trends and performance indicators. This position plays a critical role in driving financial discipline, improving forecasting accuracy, and enhancing visibility into business performance.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide key financial analysis and management reporting through various monthly reporting processes utilizing qualitative and quantitative performance measures
• Lead the annual budget process and monthly analysis of budget to actual variances
• Provide guidance on investment and project decisions
• Support leadership with special projects for strategic decision-making ("what if" strategic analysis, global business forecasting and / or new product P&L projections)
• Compile inputs to develop

the annual and rolling operating plans

for

presentation to management

with

project set-up, billing and revenue on an as-needed basis
