We are actively seeking a Dental Associate to contribute to our growing team. Support our mission by providing exceptional dental care to the community, creating smiles and memorable experiences for both children and adults. Your Opportunity to Make an Impact :

  • Engage in community activities that showcase our commitment to making a positive impact.
  • Participate in morning team huddles (you can even lead one!), organize your day, express gratitude to your team, and highlight excellent examples of customer service and collaboration.
  • Enjoy working with kids, as they represent a significant portion of our patient base.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide top-quality dental services to patients with the support of a skilled team.
  • Utilize advanced tools and technologies, including DentaPro software, digital x-rays, and fiber-optic handpieces.
  • Work in an environment that promotes continuous training and compliance with yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management standards.

    • Practice Overview :

  • Access to a dedicated team, including 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider.
  • Patient base primarily consists of ages 3-21, with up to 30% adult patients, depending on location.
  • Average office flow includes handling 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients.
  • Insurance plans include state insurance, PPO, and out-of-network payors.

    • What We Offer :

  • Guaranteed base pay of $900 per day with unlimited earning potential.
  • Student loan repayment assistance of $1,000 per month.
  • Sign-on bonus : $50,000.
  • No lab fees required.

    • Requirements :

  • DDS / DMD from a Commission on Dental Accreditation accredited program.
  • Current, valid license to practice dentistry in applicable states or eligibility for licensure.
  • Required certifications : CPR, DEA, etc.
  • Nitrous Oxide certification (only for specific states).
  • A passion for providing dental care to both children and adults.
