What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

We are in search of a Kitchen Manager to oversee our back-of-house operations, ensuring that top-quality food is delivered consistently. You will play a key role in supporting the team, maintaining safety standards, and driving efficiency, all while ensuring a fantastic guest experience.

What You’ll Bring (Requirements):

• At least 1 year of experience in the Casual Restaurant industry is required.
• A High School Diploma is preferred.
• Proficiency in POS systems is necessary.
• Current alcohol and food certifications meeting state requirements are mandatory.
• Formal culinary training is preferred.
• Ability to communicate verbally in Spanish with the crew.
• Willingness to work during open hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Strong skills in team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Physical stamina to meet the demands of a restaurant environment.
