Total Compensation : Ranges from $84,000 to $119,000 annually, with opportunities to increase earnings based on center size, mentorship of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and supervision of trainees.

Your total compensation includes a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and potential for long-term ownership in the company.

Note : BCBAs become eligible for long-term ownership upon promotion to the Senior BCBA role, available to other roles as well.

Monthly Performance Bonuses : Uncapped bonuses that kick in with just 26 hours of treatment delivery per week, offering immediate rewards for your efforts.

Sign-On Bonus : Up to $10,000 based on your start date and location.

Mentorship Bonuses : Earn bonuses while providing supervision to RBTs pursuing their Master's in ABA.
