Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the GTM enablement strategy across onboarding, training, and skill development
Create scalable programs and frameworks that enhance consistency and predictability across GTM teams
Develop role-based enablement paths and deliver ongoing training on key sales skills and product awareness
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in GTM enablement or related sales leadership roles
Experience building and scaling enablement programs in high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise technology companies
Strong understanding of modern sales practices and buyer journeys
Proven ability to translate complex strategies into actionable guidance
Collaborative leadership skills with the ability to build trust across departments
