Some of their clients include Fortune 500 companies and startups like solarisBank or senseFly. Netguru works with the largest brands in the world, such as Volkswagen, IKEA, or Keller Williams.

As a Delivery Manager, you won't just run projects you'll own a portfolio of client engagements end-to-end. From profitability and forecast accuracy, to scope, quality, and client satisfaction. You'll be accountable for the full P&L of your portfolio, with direct influence on margin, revenue forecasting, staffing, pricing, and client value.

You'll work hand-in-hand with Engineering, Sales, Talent Teams to drive results that matter : delivered margin, client impact, team health, and scalable delivery standards. You'll be the person that makes things happen and solves problems before they appear.

Salary : PLN 18,000-28,800 (B2B+ Managerial Contract) + 20 paid days off + bonuses; or PLN 15,000-24,000 gross (Employment Contract) + bonuses.
