Required Skills:

• Valid North Carolina nursing license and certification as a CRNA
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant clinical experience (no new graduates)
• Current ACLS and PALS certification
• Ability to float between multiple locations and adapt to diverse clinical settings
• Proficiency with Drager anesthesia machines and Philips monitoring equipment
• Strong knowledge of anesthesia practices, including vascular, neuro, and pediatric cases
• Flexibility to work full-time, Monday and Friday shifts, with a schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• Willingness to license for a Compact license if applicable

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in hearts/vascular or neuro anesthesia
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR system
• Ability to handle various patient populations, from pediatrics to general adult cases

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Successful completion of accredited CRNA training program
• 1-2 years of current anesthesia practice in a hospital setting
• Certification in ACLS and PALS

Other Requirements:

• Must be flexible with work schedule and able to float among multiple locations
• No travel outside specified locations required
• Credentialing process estimated at 60-90 days
• Willingness to comply with all hospital policies and procedures
