[job_card.job_description]Work at Model Home sales office Saturday’s, Sunday’s and 3 days during the week, 10am - 6pm, or by appointment Provide outstanding customer service at all stages of the construction process – from sale, to close, to warranty Maintain professional and personal relationships within the Broker community and Developer liaisons Actively participate in social media and direct mail campaigns to drive traffic to Sales Counselor Ability to work independently Knowledgeable in new home designs, options, and features Proven aptitude for selling in residential homebuilding environment Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills Two (2) years prior experience in New Home Sales or equivalent retail sales experience High School Diploma or equivalent Minimal travel required; employee must own or lease a vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license with insurance coverage Employee must have a cell phone with data package
