Junior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent technical skills, and a passion for creating visually appealing and effective designs. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our Senior Graphic Designer and Marketing team to create engaging and impactful visual content for our online courses, marketing materials, and social media channels.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Senior Graphic Designer and Marketing team to develop creative concepts and designs for online courses, marketing campaigns, and social media content

- Create visually appealing and effective designs for a variety of mediums, including digital and print

- Assist with the production and editing of video and multimedia content

- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance our brand and messaging

- Ensure all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and incorporate them into our designs

- Manage and organize design files and assets for easy access and future use

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field

- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

- Knowledge of video editing software, such as Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, is a plus

- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and styles

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

- Passion for learning and staying updated on design trends and techniques
