Job Title : Accounts Payable Specialist Job Description

The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for efficiently processing and paying invoices through Premier. This role involves handling both purchase order (PO) and non-PO invoices, ensuring accurate three-way matching for PO invoices, and reviewing and analyzing all invoices for appropriate supporting documentation and general ledger (GL) coding.

Responsibilities

• Process and pay invoices through Premier.
• Handle purchase order (PO) and non-PO invoices, ensuring three-way matching for PO invoices.
• Review and analyze invoices for supporting documentation and GL coding.
• Prioritize invoices according to due date and high priority requests.
• Process check requests, voids, and reissues.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve billing discrepancies promptly.
• Reconcile vendor accounts payable.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00 / hr.
